MyRealEstate.mu is a real estate listing platform for properties in Mauritius. Users may browse listings, contact agents, and register accounts. Agents may post and manage property listings subject to an active subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Agent accounts require a paid subscription after a 3-month free trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Failure to pay within 10 days of invoice will result in account suspension.
Agents are responsible for the accuracy of their property listings. MyRealEstate.mu does not verify listing information and accepts no liability for errors or omissions.
Users may not post false or misleading listings, use the platform for fraudulent purposes, scrape or copy content without permission, or attempt to circumvent platform security measures.
All content on MyRealEstate.mu, including logos, design, and code, is our property. Property images uploaded by agents remain their property but grant us a licence to display them.
MyRealEstate.mu is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We accept no liability for any loss arising from the use of the platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
